PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a module configuration is not efficient and therefore many pieces of overlapping processing exist because a processing program is prepared in each data request format. SOLUTION: This server management system is provided with a header analysis processing part 1-5 for discriminating the data request format of a request source, a data output processing part 1-4 for generating output data by selecting an output template corresponding to a data request format among preliminarily prepared output templates and including data collected/extracted by an information collection program 1-6 in the output template, and a means for writing the generated output data to a shared buffer 1-2 and transferring the output data to the request source.
