PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the size and costs of a memory device at the destination of preservation, and to efficiently store various data by optimally using the capacity of the memory device even at the time of fetching data from the outside part such as a server or the like on a network. SOLUTION: A retrieval server 600 analyzes picture data transferred from a multi-function device 400, and retrieves the registration place of correction data necessary for the correction of picture processing from a file server 500 based on the analyzed result, and informs the multi-function device 400 of the retrieved registration place of the correction data. The multi-function device 400 acquires desired correction data from the file server 500 based on the registration place of the correction data of which the multi-function device 400 is informed by the retrieval server 600, and executes picture processing by using the acquired correction data, and outputs the picture processed picture data. |
