PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-hang type hearing aid that loses no operability to a push switch in which sweat of a wearing person of the hearing aid is not intruded in a hearing aid case. SOLUTION: The ear-hang type hearing aid provided with a push switch 7 to select a hearing aid function at a rear side 8a of the hearing aid case 8 is provided with a switch container section 11 that is open to the rear side 8a of the hearing aid case 8, the push switch 7 is placed to the switch container section 11, the switch container section 11 is covered with a flexible and freely opening/closing cover member 12, and a close contact structure is adopted for a contact section between the cover member 12 and the hearing aid case 8.
