PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the management of a parking lot through remote control, while also making it possible to immediately cope with nonconformities, and enhancing services to parking lot users. SOLUTION: A site system 1 is connected to a customer support center 2 via an ISDN public line 3. If a nonconformity occurs in the parking lot, it is detected by a PLC 121. A remote monitoring terminal 126 collects the data managed by a CPS 125 and the data collected by the PLC 121, and transmits these data to the customer support center 2 via the ISDN public line 3.
