PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a signal at a different place after detaching a recording device from a reproducing device. SOLUTION: This recording device is provided with a connection part which is connectable to the reproducing device so as to enable a recording medium to be attachable and detachable to the reproducing device which is reproducible and a control part which performs control so as to record the reproduced signal while the reproducing device reproduces the recorded medium in the state of being connected to the reproducing device by the connection part.
