PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a background signal to a signal transmitted through a communication system. SOLUTION: The communicating system comprises a plurality of personal communication device. Each communication device way transmit and receive signals to from one or mass communication devices. The signal to be transmitted is constituted of a main information holding part and a background part. The background part is removed and can be replaced by a prescribed background. It can be performed in audio transmission or video transmission. |
