PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a share-ride vehicle operation support method and system for efficiently providing plural passengers grouped in easy-to-operated conditions to bus operation companies, and providing customers with a low-cost and new transport means, for enabling them to easily move from a desired place to a destination in a desired time. SOLUTION: The customer requests operation through a customer terminal 300 (S1). A service center 100 executes a grouping process to the request for operation received (S2) and makes a request for operation to share-ride vehicle operation companies via a WWW server 120 (S3). The bus operation company, who can comply with the request for operation of a share-ride vehicle transmits a notification for complying with the request through a company terminal (S4). The customer receives a notification for decision of operation from the service center 100 (S5), and the customer gets on the share-ride vehicle operated by the share-ride vehicle operating company at a specified date (S6), and goes to the destination (S7). |
