PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods and devices for supporting patent work by efficiently generating and browsing a specification description through the electronic filing of patent official gazette. SOLUTION: The devices are equipped with a patent claim contents storage means 102 which stores patent claim contents regarding the range of a patent claim, an invention detailed contents storage means 103 which stores invention detailed contents regarding the detailed explanation of invention, a link specifying means 104 which specifies the patent claim contents and invention detailed contents, a link information generating means 105 which generates the specified contents as relation link information, and a detailed statement information storage means 106 which stores the patent claim contents, invention detailed contents, and link information together. |
