PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultra-small size, high brightness, highly efficient piezoelectric inverter for the practical use in the field of the next generation mobile phone which can transmit and receive dynamic images. SOLUTION: An ultra-small size piezoelectric inverter package is realized by using a piezoelectric transformer including a rigid body in which all circuit components including an oscillator, CR components, diode and power component such as FET forming the piezoelectric inverter are structured within the one-chip control IC. |
