PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a battery older wherein assembling process can be minimized. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the battery holder comprises that in a hoop material F10, element bodies F60-2, F80-3 of positive and negative terminal pieces are formed at a relative position substantially coincided with a relative position which positive and negative terminal pieces should take in the battery holder. Next, in a state that element bodies F60-2, F80-3 of positive and negative terminal pieces remain in connection with the hoop material body F10A of the hoop material, the element bodies F60-2, F80-3 of the positive and negative terminal pieces are assembled at the holder body of the battery holder, and the terminal piece element bodies F60-2, F80-3 are separated from the hoop material body F10A of the hoop material.
