PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an integrated method for digital cache issuing service based on a digital cache one-stop service and the outsourcing. SOLUTION: A financial organ 100 to offer a digital cache issuing service gives its works including the issue and places management of the digital cache in charge of a digital cache service system 200 furnished with user's accounts 210 and provider's settlement accounts 220, through which money transfer is conducted between the account of each digital cache user 500 opened in the financial organ 100 and a digital cache deposit/discharge machine 300 and also a money transfer at the final settlement between a digital cache final settlement system 400 and a provider's account opened at the financial organ 100, and thereby a plurality of digital cache services can be integrated, and it is possible to improve the convenience of the digital cache users and reduce the expenses and burden of the providers. |
