PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily investigate production history information of respective devices on a defective module found at a customer. SOLUTION: A reader 20 reads the identifier of the defective module 30 recorded in a magnetic tape 31. A host computer 100 reads the production history information on the respective devices 32 to 3n on the module 30 from an identifier transmitted by a terminal 1 from a database 101 and transmits it to the terminal 1. When the defect is caused by a device 32, an instruction for stopping the shipment of the device 32 to terminals 10 to 1n in a factory 60 is transmitted and an advice for stopping of using is transmitted to terminals 2 to n at the customers B to N providing the device 32. |
