摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the most suitable adjustment by fixing the direction of a detection face to a coordinate input face so that the optical axis may have a certain angle and adjusting the optical axis of diffused light with the diffusion center point as the reference to the detection face by independent adjustment mechanisms. SOLUTION: An optical unit 10 has a light emission part which diffuses light from a laser diode(LD) as a point light source like a fan by a diffusing lens and a light reception part which receives retroreflected light obtained by reflecting the light from the light emission part by the retroreflection part, and this optical unit 10 is set at at least two different corner parts of a touch panel, and an interception position is detected when light diffused like a fan is intercepted by a shielding material. The direction of the detection face (x, y) to the coordinate input face is so fixed that the optical axis has a certain angle, and a mechanism which adjusts the optical axis of diffused light 6 in the vertical direction and a mechanism which adjusts the horizontal balance of entire diffused light with the diffusion center point as the center to the detection face (x, y) are provided as independent adjustment mechanisms.</p>
