SOLUTION: When the magnetic transfer is carried out by tightly adhering the master carrier 3 carrying the information signal and the slave medium 2 to impress the magnetic field for transfer, the slave medium 2 is transported while making the recording surface face to the vertical direction with respect to the master carrier 3 holding to a tight adhesion means 10 while making the information carrying surface face to the vertical direction, and the master carrier 3 and the slave medium 2 are tightly adhered to carry out the magnetic transfer while making the tightly adhered surface face to the vertical direction, then the sticking and depositing of the suspending dust, etc., are prevented.
