PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing a forgery or alternation or a mistake in kind of medicine or dosage in an outside prescription. SOLUTION: Each hospital and each medicine preparing pharmacy are connected to a management center, respectively, through communication lines. The hospital delivers an outside prescription to a patient and transmits the data to the management center through the communication line. The management center accumulates the past prescriptions every patient. The medicine preparing pharmacy transmits the information for the outside prescription brought by the patient from an information terminal to the management center according to an ID every hospital or the like, and checks whether the descried contents of the outside prescription are identical or not, and gives a medicine to the patient on the basis of the prescription when there is no problem. The pharmacy further confirms the history or the like of the patient and also whether the medication is not excessive, or the combination of medicines is correct. Since the pharmacy can confirm the prescription in the management center controlling a plurality of hospitals and medicine preparing pharmacies, a medication mistake can be prevented even if the patient is attended to a plurality of hospitals. |
