<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system allowing each user to select a menu suitable thereto and easily perform a health management by dieting. SOLUTION: In this system, a prepaid card issuing machine 13, meal ticket vending machine 14 or meal ticket and card issuing machine 15 set in each store is connected to a center-side data server 12 through a network 1. When a prepaid card 16 is purchased in the meal ticket and card-issuing machine 15, for example, the upper limit calorie intake value per day of the user is extracted from the data server 12 and recorded in the prepaid card 16. When a meal ticket is purchased in the meal ticket and card-issuing machine 15 by use of the prepaid card 16, and the total value of calorie of a selected menu exceeds the upper limit calorie, the effect is reported. Accordingly, the user can select the menu within the upper limit calorie range and have a meal without calculating the calorie every meal.</p> |
