Combination of colorant and emulsifier capable of forming stable lamellar emulsion, giving enhanced colorant stability in cosmetic or dermatological compositions

Combination of a colorant and an emulsifier (I) capable of forming a stable lamellar emulsion is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a cosmetic or dermatological composition in the form of an emulsion comprising a physiologically acceptable colorant and (I); and (2) a process for producing the composition of (1), comprising preparing an oil phase, adding vegetable oils, adding an aqueous phase containing (I), and adding colorants and optionally essential oils.
