PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which initial setting of an internal circuit can be exactly performed referring to fuse information or the like at the time of start of operation. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a fuse circuit storing information a cutoff/non-cut-off state of a fuse, a power-on circuit generating a power-on signal of which a signal level is varied immediately after applying a power source, a clock circuit counting the prescribed time from variation of a signal level of the power-on signal, and a control circuit performing initial setting referring to information of the fuse circuit when the clock circuit counts the prescribed time.
