PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-vehicular communication system, enabling vehicles to communicate with one another during travel and capable of sending the correct coordinate to a control center. SOLUTION: A number on the license plate of a specific vehicle is associated with a pass code, incorporated into a communication receiving device provided in the vehicle. The driver can communicate with the vehicle provided with the communication receiving device, by entering the number on the license plate of the vehicle. The communication receiving device can receive a positioning signal from an artificial satellite in order to provide more correct coordinates to the control center, which determines the position of the vehicle and feeds the vehicle's correct and useful related information.
