PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the effective utilization of homepage information by facilitating the rereading of a homepage and securing the revisit to the homepage. SOLUTION: In an information distribution system in which a terminal computer accesses a server computer connected to a computer network to obtain prescribed information, this data rereading system in the computer network is provided with a selecting means for inquiring about the necessity or not of rereading the homepage on the screen in accordance with the reading of the homepage onto a terminal computer, an identification information storing means for storing its homepage address, its name and other identification information on the basis of decision information about the necessity or not from the selecting means, a displaying means for displaying the identification information stored in the identification information storing means and a setting means for accessing a corresponding homepage by selecting the displayed identification information.
