<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing optical information recording medium in which an optical information recording medium can be held and transported without generating deformation or the like in each treatment process, and to provide an apparatus for manufacturing optical information recording medium, and the optical information recording medium. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for manufacturing the optical information recording medium holds and fixes a disk substrate 3 placed on a holding structure 2 by self vacuum suction force acting between the upper surface of the holding structure 2 and the rear surface of the disk substrate 3, transports the disk substrate 3 together with the holding structure 2, and then sends them to production processes for optical information recording medium, such as sputtering, spin coating, and sticking to perform the treatment of manufacturing processes. The thin disk substrate 3 can be treated very easily and stably by fixing the disk substrate 3 on each holding structure 2 and transporting them unitedly.</p> |
