PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system that eliminates the need for setting up a call in the case of updating information and can readily update information at any time even when a mobile unit is resident at the outside of a transmission reception zone and to provide the mobile unit and an information transmission method. SOLUTION: The information transmission system includes a mobile unit 100 and a network 200. The mobile unit 100 generates and stores transmission information. Then the mobile unit 100 transmits the stored transmission information to a terminal 300 or 400 through the network 200.
