PURPOSE: A safety ladder for access to an underground structure is provided to protect workers from accidents. CONSTITUTION: The safety ladder for access to an underground structure comprises: a through ladder(40) containing a through hole(44) formed on the upper end, an outflow hole(46) on the lower end, a pair of vertical supports(42) fixed vertically on the wall of a passage of an underground structure(50), and step bars(48) connected between vertical supports(42) at regular intervals; a folding ladder(30) containing an inflow hole(34) on the upper end, a pair of horizontal supports(32) coupled to the upper end of the vertical supports(42) and a warning post(36) formed between the horizontal supports(32); and a movable fitting member coupling the through ladder(40) and the folding ladder(30), and an air supply device(10) fitted to the outflow hole(46) of the through ladder(40) and the inflow hole(34) of the folding ladder(30) to make the outside air flow in the underground structure(50) compulsively.
