PURPOSE: A generating device is provided for efficient use of a water resource and reduce cost for installing and maintaining. CONSTITUTION: An upper and lower water bath(13, 14) and sprackets(2, 3) are installed in upper and lower end of pillar of a device body. Water in the upper and lower water bath(13, 14) circulates by a pump(16) and a passage pipe(17). A plurality of arms are installed in a surface of a conveyor belt(6). Through holes are formed in the arms, and bowls(12) are inserted in the through holes. Shafts(11-1) installed between the bowls(12) has a large gear(4) and a small gear(5) to move with a chain belt(7). |
