PURPOSE: An electric heater boiler is provided to effectively use hot water and to heat water without using a separate accumulator by integrally forming an electric heater with a boiler. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater boiler includes a water reservoir(3) having temperature sensors therein. A heater(4) is installed in the water reservoir(3). A circulation motor(12) is operated based on a signal applied by temperature sensors installed in a water tank(19). An air layer(16) is formed between the water reservoir(3) and an outer cover(6) so as to effectively store hot water for a long time. A valve(11) is installed so as to prevent the water leakage when the circulation motor(12) is separated from the system for the purpose of repairing. Heated water and heat medium oil are returned to the water tank(9) through an overdrain pipe(7).
