METHOD FOR INCINERATING SLUDGE

PURPOSE: A method for incinerating sludge is provided to improve the sludge incinerating efficiency by uniformly mixing a dehydrating cake with liquid fuel and emulsion with a high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A dehydrating process is carried out so as to incinerate collected sludges. The dehydrating process is performed by using a centrifugal dehydrating device, a belt press or a filter press device. The sludges are inputted into a mixer and mixed with liquid or solid fuel. In order to effectively mix the mixtures, an interior of the mixer is maintained at a high pressure state. When the sludge is mixed with an additive, the additive is separated from water contained in the sludge. In order to prevent the separation of the additive, emulsion is added to the mixture in the high temperature state. Emulsion allows fuel to be uniformly mixed with the sludge. Then, the mixed sludge is injected into a furnace.
