PURPOSE: A dialing method using the input of a voice signal is provided to decrease the inconvenience for repeatedly pushing key buttons for performing a telephone conversation by performing a dialing using the input of a voice signal. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs numbers corresponding to corresponding key buttons for dialing as a voice signal through a microphone(ST12). An A/D converter converts an amplified analog voice signal into a digital voice signal capable of being recognized by a terminal(ST13). The converted digital voice signal is temporarily stored in a register(ST14). A data comparing unit compares the digital voice signal converted in the A/D converter with data previously stored in a memory unit by the control of a CPU(ST15). It is judged whether a concordance rate of the data compared in the data comparing unit is more than 90%(ST16). If the concordance rate of the data is more than 90%, a data value read from the memory unit is displayed on an LCD(ST18). It is confirmed whether a voice signal corresponding to a 'send' key button is inputted from a user(ST19). If the voice signal is inputted, a dialing process unit performs a dialing operation by the voice signal(ST20).
