CONVECTION DEVICE OF ELECTRONIC RANGE

PURPOSE: A convection device is provided to improve even heating of food by enhancing convection of heater. CONSTITUTION: A heater chamber(30) is installed on one side of a cavity(20) having a cooking chamber(22). The heater chamber(30) has a heater to heat food. A fan assembly is positioned in the heater chamber and forms an air flow between the heater chamber and the cooking chamber. An outlet port(28) and an inlet port(26) are formed through the cavity for air convection between the heater chamber and the cooking chamber. An orifice plate(40) is formed on one side of the cavity, and has orifice in corresponding position with the fan assembly.
