PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a micro metal pipe is provided to manufacture a pipe having a diameter less than 8m/mΦ and to improve the reliability of the welding work by remarkably reducing the length of a heat effected zone. CONSTITUTION: A pair of bonding roller(10,10a) are arranged on a base(12). Semicircular recess sections(11,11a) are formed in the bonding rollers(10,10a). The bonding rollers(10,10a) have a cooling water passage. A vertical shaft is installed in a vertical space formed in the base(12). A needle bearing is interposed between the outer portion of the vertical shaft and the vertical space. In addition, the vertical shaft is rotatably supported by a ball bearing in the vertical space. A cooling water passage is formed in the roller(10) so as to maximize the cooling effect of the roller(10). A coil type electric heater(30) is arranged adjacent to the bonding rollers(10,10a).
