A coating composition comprising fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer is disclosed, wherein said copolymer comprises 5 wt.% or less (meth)acrylic acid and said fluoroalkyl group has 6 carbon atoms or fewer. The compositions are useful as barrier coatings to protect sensitive substrates such as circuit boards, and as antimigration coatings to prevent the migration of lubricants.
