PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material separating device capable of preventing the generation of damage in a surface of a rotor when a separating member is pushed by a bellow-like waved recording material in the case where a jam is generated in the downstream of the rotor in the recording material carrying direction, and to provide a fixing device and an image forming device. SOLUTION: A guide member 126 is formed so that the guide member 126 is moved backward in the vertical direction when the predetermined or more pushing force is applied from a recording paper P passed a nip part formed of a heating roller 119 and a pressurizing roller 120 in a direction vertical to the recording sheet P carrying direction. A separating claw 124 is structured so that a separating part 124a as a part abutting on the heating roller 119 is moved backward in the vertical direction, resisting the pushing force of the elastic member 125, with the backward movement of the separating claw 124.
