PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bottomed cylindrical metallic container, in which production cost is curtailed through reduction in the manufacturing processes and components and a corrosion resistant film that suppresses separation, cracking, etc., as well as bringing long-term reliability is formed through thermal spraying. SOLUTION: The bottomed cylindrical container 20 composed of a metallic material is erected with the bottom side up; from the open end 26 of this container 20, at least one air-injecting nozzle 31, at least one air-sucking nozzle 32, and a thermal spraying gun 21 are inserted. Air is injected from the air- injecting nozzle 31 and sucked from the air-sucking nozzle 32; simultaneously, while the container 20 is rotated in the circumferential direction, the thermal spraying gun 21 is moved to the open end 26 side, and the thermal spray is performed on the inside of the container 20. Thus, the bottomed cylindrical metallic container is manufactured, so that the corrosion resistant film 24 is formed through thermal spraying on the inner surface of the container 20. |
