PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake risk evaluation system capable of evaluating the earthquake risk of an individual spot. SOLUTION: The earthquake risk evaluation system is capable of giving consideration to an influence of the earthquake which does not appear to the surface of the Earth as a fault (step 501 to 505). By comprising the above construction, the earthquake risk evaluation system is capable of evaluating the earthquake risk of the individual spot by investigating a possibility that an inland earthquake becomes a scenario earthquake, whereby an owner holding a building, a property insurer and an investor can use it for setting a risk index (an event which becomes a standard for confiscating the principal and interest in an earthquake risk security) for a holding property or an individual building which is a target of investment, and can accurately set a security price and judge investment.
