Manhole cover for armoured vehicle

The hatch has a hatch cover (2) turning on a first turning axis (4) fitted to a cover holder (3) turning about a second turning axis (5) fitted to the vehicle. The hatch cover can be locked to the cover holder, and the cover holder can be locked to the vehicle. There is a common locking device which has a locking handle (6) fitted to the hatch cover and carrying an operating shaft with cams on it. There is a control cam of a first locking bolt in the turning region of one of the operating cam for locking the hatch cover to its holder. At a certain setting of the hatch cover, the control cam for the second locking bolt is in the turning region of the other operating cam. This bolt locks the cover holder to the vehicle.
