PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive copy sheet for NIP(non-impact printer) having no curl, excellent sheet passing properties, stacking suitability and a little occurrence of a chlorine harmful substance at an incinerating disposal time. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive copy sheet for the non-impact printer comprises a support containing or coating an alkali metal salt in or on at least one side surface thereof and a layer containing at least one type selected from the group consisting of a leuco dye and a developer on one side surface of the support having characteristics of (1) |θ|<=8 deg., (2) |θ1-θ2|<=10 deg. and (3) 1.0<=M1/M2<=1.5, wherein θ is an orientation angle of a filter of paper measured by a molecular orientation meter of a microwave type, (θ1) and (θ2) are orientation angles of the fibers measured by the molecular orientation meter of the microwave type of front and rear surface sides split in a thickness direction of paper, and (M1) and (M2) are ratios of the maximum values and minimum values of microwave transmission intensities of the split sides. |
