PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an empty can collector capable of disposing of an empty can together with a bag by easily putting the empty can or garbage into the bag by one hand while it is generally seen that a garbage bag is held by a left hand and that a right hand wears one of gloves to gather can or garbage or to put it into the bag with a nipper when the empty can or garbage is gathered. SOLUTION: A mouth of an empty garbage bag is fixed to a bag frame with a clip or a rubber band so as to put the empty can or garbage into the bag, an upper grip 2 as a handle and a lower grip 3 are held by one hand, and when the handle is strongly gripped, an empty can leading plate 10 is operated to the empty can bag 12 so that the empty can or garbage can be put into the bag. The leading plate can be vertically slid, and when a broom is used, two thumb screws 5 and 5' are loosened to pull up a slide bar 8 upward, and when thumb screws are fastened again, the can leading plate in front of the inlet of the garbage bag is removed to make it possible to use as a dust pan by using the broom, and when the bag is full up with garbage, the clip 11 or the rubber band fixing the garbage bag to the bag frame is removed to make it possible to dispose of garbage together with the bag.
