PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the fixing structure of a battery case while preventing the theft of the battery case to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the operability in the attachment and detachment of the battery. SOLUTION: A lever 33 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body between lateral seat stays 7 is vertically rockably provided on a seat tube 5. A stopper 36 to be fitted to a recessed part 35 formed on the upper surface of the battery case 21 so as to be opened upward is protrusively provided on the lower part of the lever 33. A locking device 34 for preventing the rocking of the lever 33 in the state where the stopper 36 is fitted to the recessed part 35 is provided between the rocking end of the lever 33 and a body frame 2. The lever 33 and the seat stays 7 are arranged in a row in the lateral direction in the locking state, and the lever 33 is approached to the seat stays 7 in a plan view.
