PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent direct application of action of an edge part of a clutch friction disk to improve durability by installing a rubber damper through a synthetic resin protector. SOLUTION: Plural claws are selected from a large number of claws formed on the periphery of the clutch friction disk fitted and installed in a clutch housing at even intervals, a narrow part is formed in a base part of each the selected claw, and the rubber damper is installed on each the narrow part through the synthetic resin protector. A width of the installed rubber damper is wider than a width of the claw.
