PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt plant capable of responding to the production of a special asphalt mixture. SOLUTION: A branch chute 23 equipped with a route-changing damper 24 is arranged at an exhaust chute 12 of a bucket elevator 10, a grain regulating storage bin 25 storing aggregates is arranged at a lower level of the branch chute 23, and aggregate in the grain-regulating material storage bin 25 is so arranged to be driven to an aggregate weighing tank 17. And when manufacturing a special mixture, aggregates with grain regulated are supplied to a drier 1 and heated, and this heated aggregate is placed into the side of grain-regulated material storage bin 25 through the branch chute 23. Then, the aggregate with the grain regulated from the grain-regulated storage bin 25 is weighed by a predetermined amount at the aggregate weighing tank 17 and mixed in a mixer 22 while adding asphalt and stone powder thereby producing a required mixture.
