PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that in a conventional method of laterally filling fish, a quality is likely to degrade as a fish loses its shape, a lot of wastes are left and producers bear a high production cost. SOLUTION: Fish is packaged, stored and transported while hanging on a skewer, and the fish can be displayed and sold at a shop or the like while hanging on the skewer. Thus the fish is less likely to lose its shape, less wastes are left, and a production cost can be reduced.
