PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell allowing a window plate and a seat to be easily removed from a flow cell block. SOLUTION: This flow cell is provided with the flow cell block 12 including a sample chamber 11 penetrating in the axial direction, and the window plate 13 removably fitted to both end faces in the axial direction of the flow cell block through the seat 34. A groove 36 is formed in the surface of the flow cell block opposite to the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of a gasket. In the operating condition, the seat and the flow cell block firmly adhere to each other to secure air-tightness and liquid-tightness. In decomposing, when a driver or the like is brought into contact with the seat right above the position of the groove and forced in, the pressed part sinks in the groove, and the opposite side comes to the surface, thereby releasing close contact of the seat and the flow cell. When the raised part is nipped and drawn up, the seat can be simply removed.
