<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness of control. SOLUTION: A gas cooling chamber 5 and a dust collector 4 are provided in order downstream a fluidized bed refuse incinerator 1, and an outlet thermometer 12 is provided on an outlet side of the gas cooling chamber 5. Detected values 18, 20 of a radiation thermometer 17 and an incinerator thermometer 19 disposed in the refuse incinerator 1, a set value 14, and gas cooling chamber outlet temperature 15 detected by the outlet thermometer 12 are inputted, and a control section 21 is provided for outputting an operation amount 32 to a sprayed water amount adjusting valve 10 for adjusting a spray water amount of the gas cooling chamber 5. The control section 21 includes a PID control section I for outputting an operation amount 22 for PID controlling a spray water amount in the gas cooling chamber 5, a radiation temperature correction section II for correcting the radiation temperature 18 to estimate corrected radiation temperature data 28, and a control correction section III for estimating waste gas temperature variation amount data at an inlet of te gas cooling chamber 5 from the corrected radiation temperature data 28 and outputting an operation amount 32 obtained by correcting the operation amount 22. When the waste gas 3 temperature at the inlet of the gas cooling chamber 5 is varied, the spray water amount is increased and decreased corresponding to the trend of the temperature change.</p> |
