PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and surely prevent the generation of noises from a shutter curtain, which cannot be solved only by improving the shapes of slats. SOLUTION: In the shutter device in which an opening section O is opened and closed by lifting and lowering the shutter curtain 5 wound on a hoisting drum 4 along a guide rail 6, a sheet winder 7 winding a sheet 7c for soundproofing, urging the sheet in the direction of winding at all times is installed near the hoisting drum, the front end of the sheet is fixed onto the hoisting drum under the totally closed state of the shutter curtain, and the sheet is wound on the hoisting drum on the inside of the shutter curtain, interlocking with the winding-up and winding-down of the shutter curtain and interposed in the shutter curtain or rewound from the hoisting drum and wound on the sheet winder.
