PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an engaging rod for hoisting and moving a concrete block, as a base root of a guide pin, the engaging rod being left as it is after being used in hoisting and moving the concrete block. SOLUTION: The engaging rod 4 for hoisting and moving is used as the base root of the guide pin. The guide pin main body 1 is formed such that an engaging projection 3 for engaging with an engaging hole set in a bottom surface of another block piled up on an upper portion of the block concerned is protruded from an upper surface of an engaging body 2 which is fitted into an recess H serving as a setting portion of the engaging rod, and that a fitting hole 21 to be fitted onto the engaging rod for hoisting and moving is formed in a bottom thereof. The guide pin main body 1 thus formed is placed and the guide pin is set. As a result, the guide pin having stable bearing force and strength can be set, and the recess of the engaging rod can be back-filled.
