PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner for maintaining comfortable air conditioning of respective air conditining zones even at transition by properly making a correction at transition of air conditioning control. SOLUTION: This vehicular air conditioner arithmetically operates a first temporary integral signal for air-conditioning the first air conditioning zone by adding a temperature and heat load information set by a first temperature setting means, arithmetically operates a second temporary integral signal for air-conditioning the second air conditioning zone by adding a temperature and heat load information set by a second temperature setting means, arithmetically operates a first integral signal for air-conditioning the first air conditioning zone by adding a correction quantity on the basis of a difference between these first temporary integral signal and second temporary integral signal to the first temporary integral signal, and arithmetically operates a second integral signal for air-conditioning the second air conditioning zone by adding a correction quantity on the basis of a difference between the first temporary integral signal and the second temporary integral signal to the second temporary integral signal.
