An electronic fuel injection valve capable of suppressing a wearing portion from being worn to stably and controllably feed gas fuel by forming a wear resistant surface-reformed layer on the surface of the wearing portion of an electronic fuel injection nozzle in a fuel system using gas fuel, particularly in a fuel feed device for car, wherein the surface-reformed layer is formed on the surface portions of seat parts (10) of a valve disc (1) and a valve seat (2), wearing parts (12) of the valve disc and a guide ring (6), impact parts (11) of a stopper (4) and a needle (3), and sliding parts (13) of the needle and a fixed core (7), the surface-reformed layer including a nitriding layer, a composite layer of nitriding layer and hard film, and a composite layer of Ni-P plated layer or nitriding layer and Ni-P plating.
