PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of performing the efficient THREAD reeling work with a little number of worker. SOLUTION: Plural reel frames 2 are arranged in parallel with each other with a constant space and fixed to a fixing shaft 2. A reeling thread bundle 1 is installed in each reel frame 2, and a thread head 3 and a thread end 4 of installed adjacent reeling thread bundles are connected to each other to form the plural reeling thread bundles 1 into a continuous series of reeling thread 1a. A guide ring 6 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the reeling thread bundle 1 is integrally formed with the fixed reel frame 2 at a reeling thread drawing side 1a, and the connected reeling threads 1a of the plural reeling thread bundles 1 are guided by the guide ring 6, and drawn in a direction crossing a winding direction of the reeling thread bundle 1 and formed into a cheese 8. A burden to be applied to the reeling thread 1a is thereby reduced to enable the high-speed operation.
