SOLUTION: Traffic noise outside a building is effectively absorbed by a back air layer formed the outside thereof, upon passing through the inside of a cylindrical sound absorption member 14. Namely, in a space 15, defined with a cover plate 16 and a partition plate 18, the sound pressure level is sharply attenuated. |
