PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which actualized heating processing at the printing speed that the device originally has and also actualizes the printing speed that the device originally has and the short preheat time (quick starting performance) for the device when a form of small size is not printed while preventing respective members from being damaged owing to a rise in the temperature of a paper-nonfeed part when a form of small size is printed, and an image forming device equipped with the heating device as a heat fixing device. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a pressure rotary body which is heated directly or indirectly by a heating part, more than two paper discharge means which are selectively switched according to the width of the heated body, and a heat-conductive means with high heat conductivity which comes into contact with the pressure rotary body to make the heat of the pressure rotary body uniform; and a contacting/leaving control means makes the heat- conductive contacts and leave the pressure rotary body associatively with the switching operation of the paper discharging means. |
