PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate heating operation by hot gas. SOLUTION: In this vehicular air conditioner capable of switching a cooling mode of cooling blowing air in a cabin by an evaporator of a refrigerating cycle to a heating mode of heating the blowing air in the cabin by directly introducing a delivery gas refrigerant from a compressor to the evaporator, the vehicular air conditioner has a switch means 41 for stopping the other operation command when issuing either one operation command among an operation command of the cooling mode and an operation command of the heating mode. The compressor is started by the operation command of the cooling mode from the switch means 41 to switch the refrigerating cycle to a cooling mode state.
